Dr. Len Dekker, with a PhD in Biotechnology and extensive experience in wastewater consulting, focuses on water reuse and soil bioremediation to address water supply risks across various industries. Wian Dekker applies his analytical skills and growing expertise in Wastewater Modelling to develop and optimise customised wastewater solutions. Joshua Milne combines his background in finance and investment management with effective interpersonal skills to foster business growth and build valuable client relationships. Elina Milne ensures seamless operations through her proficiency in organisation, communication, and administration, bringing clarity and efficiency to all projects. Len Dekker Managing Director Len Dekker began his consulting career in 2000 and earned a PhD in Biotechnology from Rhodes University in 2003. Len has consulted on numerous commercial wastewater projects in South Africa, particularly for clients in the food processing, food production, abattoir, winery, distillery, and tannery industries. His expertise in water reuse, algal biotechnology, and soil bioremediation helps address water supply risks while guiding establishments to future-proof primary resources.

Wian Dekker Wastewater Consultant Wian is an analytical thinker who thrives on new challenges. He is currently in the process of mastering the valuable skill of Wastewater Modelling. Through this analytical tool, Wian will help in tailoring a unique wastewater solution for each client – whether through the design of new systems or through our strong focus on improving the performance of existing systems.

Joshua Milne Business Development With a foundation in finance and investment management, Joshua brings a depth of knowledge to the realm of business development.
